Russian Family Restaurant: 'Be Prepared to Put in 12 to 16 Hours'
To spend a day in the the shoes of the owners of the family-owned restaurant is to put in long hours but, at the end of day, know they've had at least one more satisfied customer.
Vladimir and Tatiana Sommer are the owners of Russian Family Restaurant, which, like the name states, is a family-owned eatery known for its fresh Piroshkis and other traditional dishes as well as handpicked decor. With Black Friday and Small Business Saturday upon us, San Bruno Patch asks the Sommers what it's like to spend a day in their shoes for our Life in a Day series.
