New American & POW/MIA flags Ceremony at San Bruno American Legion Hall

During the 50th Reunion week-end events, of the Capuchino High School Class of 1962, new American and POW/MIA flags (to replace the old wind damaged flags) will be donated by the Capuchino Class of 62, and a flag raising ceremony will take place on Friday October 12th at 12 noon.  Everyone is welcome to attend this event honoring our countries Veterans and those still Missing in Action or being held as Prisoners of War.  This donation of new flags by the Class of 62 is done in the spirit of giving back to the community where we were raised and schooled (most of us from K-12).  Almost 200, of the 266 total graduating class, will be arriving from throughout the country for the Oct. 12th through 14th events scheduled.   WARNING:  an invasion of late-60-years-of-age senior citizens (who still all feel like high school seniors) will be roaming the streets of San Bruno SOON.
