Last Chance for Free Spaying and Neutering in San Bruno this Year

Both dogs and cats will be accepted, but read the list of restrictions carefully.

The Peninsula Humane Society (PHS) will hold its fourth and final free spay and neuter clinic Thursday at The Shops at Tanforan in San Bruno.

Dogs and cats will be accepted from 8 – 9 a.m. on a first-come, first-served basis. Owners can pick-up their pets in the afternoon.

There are a few restrictions—no dogs over 80 pounds and no pets over 8 years old.

Also, pets must fast beginning at midnight, although water is allowed.

According to the PHS, the surgery can cost as much as $500 locally.

The Shops at Tanforan is located at 1150 El Camino Real. 

The mobile clinic will be parked near Petco.
