A 2-inch steel distribution line was hit by a third-party
construction crew working on a Caltrain project on San Bruno Avenue near
San Mateo Avenue around 8:20 p.m. Sunday, PG&E spokeswoman Debbie Felix said.
The line was capped around 1 a.m. today.
No PG&E service interruptions were reported and repairs will
continue until later this afternoon, Felix said.
