Community Corner

Where Are the Most Ignored Stop Signs in San Bruno?

Tell us where the most troubled intersections are.

Written by Rob Klindt

Traffic, congestion, potholes, dangerous intersections, parking and, oh, did we already say stop signs? Grrr.

No matter where you drive, it seems there are always motorists who either completely ignore or barely acknowledge stop signs in our community.

Find out what's happening in San Brunowith free, real-time updates from Patch.

You've seen them. The "California Stop" driver who slows and rolls through an intersection; the harried driver who zooms past a stop sign without even tapping the brakes, or the right-turn driver who slips around the corner without stopping first. If you're a regular driver along the streets of San Bruno you probably see those scofflaws every day.

All you can do is grip your steering wheel and hope those folks don't cause an accident.

But Patch is offering you a chance to let off a little steam and do a community service at the same time. Let us know which are the most impacted intersections in San Bruno where you regularly see motorists running stop signs.
