Even When Chosen at Random, Don Pico's Enchiladas Are Right Choice

Here's my food challenge for the week: I'm going to venture to , close my eyes, point at the menu, and order whatever happens to be under my finger.
But here's the catch: I have a special diet that requires I only eat dishes that contain meat. That's right; I have a dietary grievance with consuming food that is strictly vegatarian.
Fortunatly for me, my finger lands on enchiladas, which can be eaten with lots and lots of meat filled inside.

If you haven't been to Don Pico's, you should check it out. The place is cozy and inviting; very welcoming to sit down and have a pitcher or two of margaritas.
The food? Top notch. Thankfully for me, my random choice of enchiladas was absolutely killer.
