Grand Opening for New Luxury Apartments

San Bruno city and business leaders celebrate the completion of the $121 million project.

The amenities at Pacific Bay Vistas Luxury Apartments resemble a resort. Take the clubhouse with its business center, bar area, resident lounge, and movie theater. Or the brand new fitness center with indoor salt water lap pool, fitness room, and an indoor lounge area with Wi-Fi access.  Or the outdoor fireplace and BBQ area, the fenced dog park, and the gorgeous views.

The San Bruno apartment community just underwent a $121 million redevelopment.

On Tuesday, Mayor Jim Ruane, San Bruno City officials, Chamber of Commerce leaders and project partners joined Apartment Investment and Management Company (Aimco) for a ribbon-cutting ceremony.
