Here are some tips, provided by San Bruno Patch contributors, for how to get the most out of Cyber Monday.

By now, you've heard plenty about shopping. But, wait, there's more.

Monday is another big shopping day that consumers tend to gravitate to: Cyber Monday, a marketing term for the Monday after Thanksgiving where online retailers whip out the bargains.

San Bruno Patch has compiled a list of tips for you, with help from a few contributors.

Here you go:

1. "Search online before you shop for coupons or deals. Some of the best deals can be found at Walgreens and CVS. These stores offer a lot more than Tylenol and toothpaste. Sign up for emails and you'll get sneak peaks through your inbox. Walgreens, in particular, often has great deals on photofinishing. If you want to order holiday cards, try them out. You can order online and often pick up in the store in as little as an hour. Walgreens also does photobooks and other photogifts."

2. "JCPenney has great gifts and great prices for gifts for the whole family. Sign up for coupons. Last week I got $10 off a $25 purchase by email. This is good online and in-store. You can also sign up for text messaging and get an instant coupons delivered to your phone."

3. "Great gifts for teens can be found at Fandango.com (movie tickets). You can use them at Century Theatres at Tanforan."

4. "Restaurant.com is also a good source for shopping. Not sure if they have good deals for Monday, but right now, if you Google for the coupon code, you can get $25 gift certificates for $2. There are a few San Bruno restaurants in there usually."

5. Old Navy and Children's Place in Millbrae also usually have good online deals.
