Archstone Celebrates Grand Opening of New Luxury Apartments
The Luxury Collection at Archstone San Bruno, part of The Crossing, is already more than 90 percent leased after opening in June.
Archstone San Bruno on Thursday celebrated the grand opening of its new luxury apartment complex, The Luxury Collection, with city and business officials.
The 187-unit hotel-style complex began leasing apartments in June, and it has already leased more than 90 percent of the units. Starting rents range from $2,158 for a one-bedroom to $3,304 for a three-bedroom, said company spokesman Peter Jakel. There are one-, two- and three-bedroom units, some of which are townhomes.
