Straw Hat Pizza Remains Vacant After Family Emergency Leads to Closure

The pizza parlor has been vacant for more than a year. What should replace it?

Apparently, the owner of the pizza place decided to close the business because he had to go back to the Philippines to take care of a family member, according to an agent who works for Prudential San Bruno.

What, if anything, do you think should replace the business?
