What Should Replace Former Downtown Furniture Store, Hair Salon?

The two properties near San Mateo Avenue and Angus Avenue have been left vacant for a while. What, if anything, will take their place?

The two vacant storefronts near San Mateo Avenue and Angus Avenue have left that corner a little bare.

The property at 601 San Mateo Avenue used to be a used furniture store, while the store at 605 San Mateo Avenue used to be a hair salon, according to the city.

Not much else is known about the properties, besides the fact that they shared the same brick-style building and the owner has an address listed in San Francisco.
