City Holds Free Picnic to Mark Fire Anniversary

The city held a free gathering at City Park to remember and celebrate moving forward since the Sept. 9 fire.

The city held a free gathering at on Sunday for the residents of the Crestmoor neighborhood to mark the one-year anniversary of the Sept. 9 pipeline explosion on a happy note.

While the neighborhood is far from recovery, people still came out to socialize, eat, enjoy music and remember the how far they've come since last year.
