Father and Son Duo Keep Bocce Ball Rolling at Senior Center

San Bruno Patch met with two San Bruno residents, a World War II veteran and his son, to hear their story.

San Bruno Patch interviewed Joe Lee and Joe Lee Jr., a father and son who call San Bruno their home. The two help run the bocce ball tournaments held at the and help out in other ways, too.

Joe Sr. came to live in California in 1946 after serving in World War II. He bought a house in San Bruno in 1976, when he got married.
