What's Open, Closed on Labor Day 2012

City government offices, banks and local services will be closed Monday for the federal holiday.

Here is what's open and closed today for the Labor Day holiday.

All city offices—including the ,  and —will be closed in observance of the federal holiday.

All public schools in the , along with , are closed.

Caltrain and SamTrans will be running on a Sunday schedule. Caltrain will operate 28 trains between San Francisco and San Jose plus four weekend Baby Bullets. Train service will not operate south of the San Jose Diridon Caltrain Station, but a shuttle bus will be available between the Tamien and Diridon stations.

SamTrans will operate its new Route ECR, which serves El Camino stops between the Palo Alto Caltrain Station and Daly City BART every 20 minutes.

Just like Caltrain, BART will be operating on a Sunday schedule.

There will also be no regular mail service today. However, garbage collection will remain on a regular schedule and street parking restrictions will remain the same.

The city's 16 neighborhood parks are open, and  is open as well.

The doors to  will be open.

Also, all parking hours will remain the same.
