Caltrain and SamTrans will both be running on Sunday schedules, and Caltrain will be offering extra train service. Following the San Francisco fireworks show at 9:30 p.m., a special train will be departing from the San Francisco station at 11:15 p.m., or when full, and express to San Carlos, and then make all local weekend stops to the San Jose Diridon station. Two special trains will leave at 11:30 p.m. and 12:01 a.m. and make all local weekend stops to San Jose Diridon.

Just like Caltrain, BART will be operating on a Sunday schedule and running longer trains to accommodate crowds attending the fireworks display, as well as those attending the two baseball games today.

Garbage collection will remain on a regular schedule and street parking restrictions will remain the same.

So what's open today?

The Shops at Tanforan will be open.

All the parks will be open.

And if you still want fireworks, you will have until 9 p.m. to buy them from one of the city's 17 fireworks booths. But, remember: Safe and sane fireworks can only be used today from noon until midnight.
