Sign up for this FREE training opportunity where you will learn how to recognize signs and symptoms of common mental health problems. Most importantly, you will learn how to help someone you know who may be experiencing a mental health challenge or emotional crisis. All participants who complete the training will receive a certification in Mental Health First Aid.
