Low Inventory in San Bruno Real Estate Boosts Sales This Week

Nearly 25 homes are for sale throughout the city, and the prices range from the high-end to the low-end. See what's hot on the market near you.

With 37 home sales since June 1 and 25 homes on the market—many with offer dates this week—San Bruno can't keep up with the demand for housing.

According to the Multiple Listing Service (MLS), there are some high-end homes available in the city ranging from $813,000 to $875,000—these are the new homes at Cedar Mills—some mid-range homes ranging from $500,000 to $700,000 in the Rollingwood and Pacific Heights neighborhoods, and a scattered few in the lower range from $280,000 to $500,000 in the Avenues of the Belle Air and Huntington Park neighborhoods.

Sellers are experiencing a lot of multiple offers on their homes as a result of the low inventory, low interest rates and a decline in home prices.
