Homes have been selling fast in San Bruno.
This week, according to the MLS (Multiple Listing Service), we have 18 homes for sale and only five condos. That's four one-bedrooms and one studio, and they are all in .
There are no condos for sale in Peninsula Place, which is very rare. Shelter Creek has 1,100 units, and Peninsula Place has over 900.
As of today, there are 75 "pending" sales, which means people are under contract and either waiting for their loans to process or a short sale to get approved.
Because there are "slim pickens" in San Bruno, many homebuyers are checking out neighboring cities to purchase a home. South San Francisco, Pacifica, Daly City and Brisbane are the closest to compare in price.
