There have been some inquiries to me about what some San Bruno homes have sold for in the past few months, so I got some data from the MLS (Multiple Listing Service) to show.
According to the National Association of Realtors, the "days on the market" to sell a home are much fewer than last year.
Dataquick reports that foreclosures are below peak levels over the last three years and a high percentage of buyers are paying "all cash."
This is different from the previous three years in the sense that there were more homes in foreclosure in the form of short sales and bank-owned properties and more people "on the fence" about purchasing a home.
Take a look in the photo gallery at some of the San Bruno homes that have been sold since summer began.
