Key Phrase in San Bruno Real Estate This Week: Multiple Units
San Bruno has a few different styles of housing available this week.
Inventory is still low, but there are different types of housing available at the moment in San Bruno.
By that, I mean there are single-family homes, duplexes and fourplexes. They are in demand because inventory is short. The house and the duplex have offer dates of Friday, Oct. 19.
We hope to see more homes enter the marketplace in the coming weeks so we can report on some activity.

There are currently 15 homes on the market in San Bruno. One or two in each neighborhood.
