10 New Houses For Sale This Week in San Bruno

Ten new houses hitting the market in one week is exciting for people looking to buy here.

So, for the past two weeks, there has been little to choose from in San Bruno for homebuyers. Things are heating up, though, and that's a good sign! Ten new homes popped up for sale here all within days of each other. That's great news for people looking to buy a house in San Bruno.

Since there hasn't been much for sale, many people have opened their house hunt up to the surrounding cities of South San Francisco, Daly City, Pacifica and Brisbane. Even those cities are experiencing low inventory and multiple offers, though. I wrote an offer last week for some homebuyers who wanted to buy a two-bedroom condo on Carter Drive in South City and it had five offers on it. We were second to the winning bidders, who put down "all cash." It sold for $30,000 over the list price...just this week!

On another note, I attended the Real Estate Connect technology conference in San Francisco this week and listened to some economy experts speak. One thing that was said that I found interesting was that, with homes selling faster and for more money, some people who are underwater might be able to see some hope after all.
