Historic San Bruno "Silva" House For Rent

One of San Bruno's historical landmarks is for rent for commercial space!

In 1927, Manuel Silva sold the family horse ranch in South City and moved to 125 San Luis Ave. in San Bruno. In the late 1800′s, the Silva Family was very popular on the peninsula for building the Brentwood subdivision in South San Francisco, the Silva Tract in Millbrae (housing City Hall, shopping, etc..), and property with oil on it in La Honda!

125 San Luis Ave. is currently a historical landmark in San Bruno. It has been fully refurbished and most recently housed several commercial businesses. Right now it is for rent through Prudential California Realty, San Bruno, for $3,930 per month. For details, see below..
