Only a Few Houses Left For Sale in San Bruno

Why is nobody selling? Are some homes still underwater? Are people happy with where they live and not feeling the need to up or down size? Are they waiting for values to get even higher?

There are only 6 houses on the market in San Bruno right now! Two which are really high priced and have been sitting there for almost a year so they don't count, one high priced fixer, one in Rollingwood with an offer date, a high priced 2 bedroom, and a one bedroom probate with an offer date!

By this weekend, there will be NO houses for sale in San Bruno! This is the lowest inventory that we'ver ever seen...ever! It is really crazy because so many people are trying to move to San Bruno but have nothing to choose from!

I understand that real estate moves in cycles but this is a really bizarre one! It is definately a seller's market because once something hits the market, it sells immediately with multiple offers above the comparable list price!

Crestmoor Dr. 3 bedroom, listed at $788,000 sold for $855,000.

Concord Way 4 bedroom, listed at $898,000 sold for $965,000!

It would be nice to see 50-100 homes for sale especially because there are something like 16,000 households here!
