Concerts in the Park Start This Friday. Who's Going?
The annual event is a great opportunity to listen to free music and meet your neighbors. That's what I'll be doing.
The middle of summer is here and it is time once again for FIVE San Bruno festive Friday night “Music in the Parks”! Every Friday night in August at San Bruno City Park the music starts at 6:00 and ends at 8:00 pm. We will have a variety a bands to keep us entertained the whole month!
People bring their own food but sometimes there is food available to purchase. My kids have been selling homemade gourmet popcorn for the past 4 years, making money to buy stuff that I don’t want to buy like video games! For the past two years, the San Bruno Chamber of Commerce set up a wine stand! That was very cool.
This event is FREE and is totally family friendly. Kids like to run around on the baseball field (Diamond 3 as we, San Brunians, call it) above the seating area while we adults lounge in our chairs and blankets and get to know our neighbors.
