To Kill a Mockingbird
Lately, I've had the displeasure of having to deal with these annoying little birds. Anyone else in San Bruno experiencing this nuisance?
Every morning at 5:00 am for the past month, I wake up to the sound of a very loud chirping Mockingbird. It flies around my window going near....and far....near...and far....just enough to make me so mad that I can't always go back to sleep. It doesn't stop until the sun has RISEN!
I asked some of my local friends if they hear it and they DO! Some people hear it as far as Antioch (hee hee hee)..I know it's not the same one. Some have Mockingbirds chirping and singing all day long and some all NIGHT long!
Did I mention that this particular Mockingbird that flies around my window at 5:00 am does not sing! It only chirps and the sound resembles a broken smoke detector! I have had to resort to my husband's contsruction worker earplugs. As soon as I hear it...BAM! In go the earplugs!

I wonder if anyone else is experiencing this nuisance in San Bruno? Is it mating season or something? When will it stop?!
