Angus underpass stop sign?

As there is no longer a train track to cross, and as the dip in the underpass obscures vehicles headed west, I believe a stop sign should be put up for westbound cars before someone heading north or south across that intersection hits a car emerging from the underpass.

I agree. Each side of the Angus Ave underpass should be made a 4-way stop, especially since some of the stops are so far back from the intersection. With the train tracks elevated, there no longer is a reason for a 3-way only stop.

No kidding. This is a horrible intersection now. Visibility is terrible when you are traveling northbound on Huntington because of the angle, and with no tracks or stop sign to slow down the folks traveling westbound, it's just an accident waiting to happen. Yesterday I was traveling southbound, so visibility was no problem from that direction, and I saw someone traveling at high speed westbound and I was saying a prayer of thanks that no one was heading northbound or they surely would have been hit, because it would have been difficult to see them coming so quickly from that angle.

I left a message on the police dept's traffic complaint email and received a call back from an officer. He said he will keep an eye on that intersection, and he also suggested contacting the city's traffic commission and the engineering department with our concerns.
