Lee's Buffet on El CAmino Real

Lee's buffet on El Camino Real is a substandard building and has been an eye-soar for the past several years.  During the morning, I see a dump or hauling truck in front of the building transporting who knows what.  Is there some kind of illegal activity happening at this location and using this building as a 'front'?  Oftentimes, when I pass by this building I feel like throwing an egg at it, just to try to make a point.  Are there any proposals to overhaul or upgrade this blight?  Are the city leaders aware that something has to be done to revitalize this area?  It's been an eye-soar for too long!!  Does anyone know?  Obviously the owner of this building doesn't care about this city to have a distress looking property be visible for the whole community to see and wonder what activity is happening behind those en-locked fence.
