What the heck happened this morning (3/17/2014) at 7 am I saw an older man get arrested in his boxers  on green st. There were about 12 officers in total most of then wearing civilian clothes and bullet proof vests and 2 animal control vans. I saw these same officers at 6:00 am having what looked like a tactics meeting behind Newell's bar. Does anyone know why this man was arrested? I live pretty close and I was freaked out!!
