A jury on Friday was set to begin its third day of deliberations in the case of a San Bruno man who allegedly operated a marijuana grow house.
Kenny Kong is on trial for alleged possession of marijuana for sale, marijuana cultivation, leasing a space for the purpose of storing marijuana and illegally obtaining utilities.
The panel deliberated for about 15 minutes late Tuesday afternoon, following defense and prosecution closing arguments that took up most of the afternoon.
On Wednesday, jurors asked some questions during their first full day of deliberations but went home without reaching a verdict.
The panel deliberated all day Thursday and still no verdict was reached.
