Man Suspected of Stealing iPhones from San Bruno Electronics Store

Police in San Bruno are investigating an armed robbery at an electronics store that happened Thursday morning.

 Officers responded to a report of an armed robbery at the RadioShack store located at 813 Cherry Ave. at about 10:30 a.m. Thursday, police said.

 When officers arrived at the store, they learned that a man entered, brandished a handgun and demanded that the employees give him Apple iPhones, according to police.

 The suspect, described only as a black man wearing dark clothing and a red baseball hat, then fled on foot with an undisclosed number of iPhones, police said. Anyone with information about the robbery is asked to call San Bruno police at (650) 616-7100 or to email anonymously to sbpdtipline@sanbruno.ca.gov.
