Police Log: Auto Thefts, Home Break-Ins and Graffiti

Monday 

6:56 a.m. A commercial burglary was reported on the 1800 block of Niles Avenue in which some cords were stolen over the weekend. 

5:37 p.m. A male fraudulently purchased about $200 worth of gift cards on the 1200 block of El Camino Real.

6:16 p.m. A 1996 gray Lincoln Towncar was broken into on the 1100 block of El Camino Real. 

Tuesday

12:04 a.m. A drunk driver in a silver Dodge Ram truck with no headlights was reported near Commodore Drive and El Camino Real. 

12:06 p.m. Graffiti was spotted on a tool shed on the 3000 block of Longview Drive. 

4:06 p.m. A 2006 gray Honda Accord was broken into on the 700 block of Mills Avenue. The driver reported that a GPS, wallet, cash and a phone charger were all stolen. 

8:16 p.m. A group of 10 people reportedly left a business on the 1100 block of El Camino Real without paying. The bill was $60. 

Wednesday 

12:08 a.m. A 2007 black Mercedes E350 was stolen on the 1100 block of Bayhill Drive. 

12:55 a.m. A gray Chevy Tahoe was broken into on the 2000 block of Whitman Way. 

1:17 p.m. A 2005 black Cadillac STS was stolen on the 100 block of San Antonio Avenue. 

5:55 p.m. Three kids were spotted tagging on the 300 block of Forest Lane. 

7:35 p.m. Police received a call about a residential burglary on the 3300 block of Shelter Creek Lane in which a laptop and jewelry were stolen. 

7:47 p.m. A residential burglary was reported on the 3200 block of Shelter Creek Lane.
