Police Log: Burglars Break in Home While Resident in Shower

Thursday
1:08 p.m. A UPS driver called police after making a delivery to a home on the 3600 block of Fleetwood Drive and noticing that the house had been burglarized.
2:33 p.m. A resident reported to police that someone duplicated the person’s ATM card and had used it to make 40 purchases online worth more than $500.

4:40 p.m. A resident made a report to police about an auto burglary that occurred on the Interstate 280 overpass on Crystal Springs Road between Oct. 24 and Oct. 28. The radio and air conditioning system were stolen, according to police.

1:51 p.m. An empty house on the 400 block of San Anselmo Avenue North was burglarized and tagged with graffiti.
2:01 p.m. A resident reported that burglars attempted to break in a house on the 3600 block of Timor Court while the resident was in the shower. At least one of the burglars reportedly was carrying a “big ax.”
2:15 p.m. A residential burglary was reported on the 3500 block of Bering Drive.
4:21 p.m. A white Honda Accord was stolen on the 1100 block of El Camino Real.
10:40 p.m. A drunk driver was reported near San Bruno Avenue East and San Mateo Avenue.
Sunday
Some time between 12:50 a.m. and 1:13 a.m., a drunk driver was spotted near Acacia Avenue and Jenevein Avenue.
1:13 a.m. A man reportedly pulled out a gun on a group of people on the 100 block of Angus Avenue.
4:59 a.m. A resident’s car that earlier was parked in a lot on the 400 block of San Mateo Avenue was stolen.
6:52 a.m. A vehicle was stolen on the 100 block of San Diego Avenue.
