Police Log: Car Crashes Into Florist; Fire at Abandoned House

Thursday

10:31 a.m. A man was hit by a car when crossing the street in front of the bus depot near BART near Huntington Avenue and Sneath Lane.

1:27 a.m. A 2001 black Chevy Suburban was stolen on the 2300 block of Valleywood Drive.

1:58 a.m. A drunk driver was spotted on the 600 block of Huntington Avenue.

2:04 p.m. Police received a report of a residential burglary on the 200 block of Lake Drive.

3:36 p.m. Police received a report of indecent exposure after a woman apparently took off her clothes across the street from .

Sometime before 8 p.m., a at Forever Yours Florist. According to media reports, witnesses said they saw the vehicle coming down El Camino Real, crash into several parked cars and then into flower shop.

10:34 p.m. Police reported a drunk driver at the scene of the earlier crash at Forever Yours Florist.

Saturday

Sometime before 3:47 a.m., a drunk driver was reported on the 1000 block of Montgomery Avenue.

3:08 p.m. A fire was reported near Florida and Taylor avenues. The fire appeared to be coming from an abandoned home, police said.

7:21 p.m. A drunk driver was reported on the 800 block of El Camino Real.

10:39 p.m. Police received a call about an auto burglary in the parking lot.

Sunday

10:14 a.m. Someone stole four wheels and tires from a Honda in a lot on the 300 block of El Camino Real. The estimated value of the stolen property is about $1,500, police said.

6:06 p.m. A drunk driver was reported near Skyline Boulevard and Sneath Lane.
