Police Log: Homeless Encampment Spotted Near School

Monday
9:16 a.m. Police received a call about a vehicle being keyed on the 200 block of Santa Dominga Avenue. The vehicle also had two smashed windows and two popped tires.
3:49 p.m. A 79-year-old person suffered a heart attack at .
Tuesday
10:28 a.m. Police received a call about an encampment set up by some homeless people near the corner of San Antonio Avenue and Santa Dominga Avenue near . The next day, police received another call saying that the encampment had moved farther down tracks.
10:34 a.m. A man arrived at the police station complaining that someone used his name, address and Social Security number to purchase a $150 cell phone two weeks ago in New York.
4:42 p.m. Police received a call about a burglary on the 1000 block of National Avenue. A safe was pried open and some jewelry was reported missing.
Wednesday
11:51 a.m. A student arrived at the police station claiming that, while walking home from school, he was approached by a man who accused his dad of having an affair with his wife.
12:36 p.m. Police received a call about a man on the 800 block of Hensley Avenue who was kicking vehicles on the street.
3:32 p.m. Police received an online crime report about an elderly woman recklessly driving her motorized tricycle around the neighborhood on the 100 block of Acacia Avenue.
