Police Log: Large Disturbance Early Saturday Involves Attempted Murder

Thursday

8:52 a.m. Graffiti was spotted on the 2300 block of Crestmoor Drive.

12:38 p.m. A vehicle was broken into near and a checkbook and credit cards were stolen.

2:36 p.m. A drunk driver was reported on the 200 block of City Park Way.

Friday

4:58 a.m. A black Honda Civic sedan was stolen on the 400 block of Huntington Avenue.

10:04 a.m. Police received a report that a man was illegally cutting down city-owned trees.

2:16 p.m. A drunk driver was reported near Huntington Avenue and Sneath Lane.

3:57 p.m. A drunk driver was reported on the 100 block of Angus Avenue West.

Saturday

1:43 a.m. Police responded to a report that a large group of people were walking in the middle of the street and refusing to let vehicles pass through on San Bruno Avenue East near Third Avenue. An attempted murder possibly occurred during the incident, police said.

8:05 p.m. Police received a report that a man's motorcycle was stolen after he got back from a movie at Century at Tanforan.

Sunday

4:03 p.m. Police recovered a black and silver Aprilia motorcycle that was previously reported stolen.
