Police Log: Multiple Reports of Construction Equipment Blocking Roadways

The following information was supplied by the San Bruno Police Department. Where arrests or charges are mentioned, it does not indicate a conviction.

Thursday

12:49 p.m. Police received a call about construction equipment blocking the roadway near the corner of Courtland Drive and Whitman Way. No crew member was directing traffic around the construction equipment at the time.

4:35 p.m. Police received a call about a possible hazardous city code violation on the 400 block of Courtland Drive in which construction equipment near a house was blocking street parking.

 8:26 p.m. A possible city code violation was reported on the 600 block of Skyline Boulevard in which the homeowners of a house under renovation had left debris in the street.

Friday

11:30 a.m. A woman parked her vehicle in front of a pump at a gas station on the 700 block of San Bruno Avenue East, but instead of filling up her tank she started reading a book.

5:21 p.m. A woman on the 900 block of Mills Avenue called police because someone with road rage had apparently followed her home.

Saturday

1:37 a.m. A man told police he heard a suspicious "banging" noise coming from a workout room on the 1000 block of Admiral Court. About an hour later the man called back claiming to still hear the noise.

6:07 p.m. Police received a call from a woman on the 700 block of Chestnut Avenue saying that her neighbor who was under a restraining order called and left a voice mail threatening to take her to court.

Sunday

11:29 a.m. A goat was loose in .

6:54 p.m. A father and his son were fighting on the 1800 block of Earl Avenue. The son reportedly had a knife.

8:44 p.m. Police received a call about a possible burglary on the 500 block of Redwood Avenue. The caller told police that an unknown male, who he didn't know, was pounding on the front door. The caller later locked himself and his two kids in the bathroom.
