Police Log: Possible Sexual Assault Reported

The following information was supplied by the San Bruno Police Department. Where arrests or charges are mentioned, it does not indicate a conviction.

Wednesday

11:06 a.m. A dog was hit in the roadway near the corner of Bayhill Drive and El Camino Real.

12:19 p.m. Police received a call about someone who had sprayed pepper spray in the hallway in one of the buildings at the . Residents were complaining and security asked the Fire Department to assist.

4:02 p.m. Police received a call about a possible sexual assault on the 3700 block of Pacific Heights Boulevard. The caller, an attorney, reported that a 12-year-old girl was inappropriately touched.

Thursday

7:50 p.m. Police received a call from a disgruntled customer on the 400 block of San Bruno Avenue West who claimed that he was charged 9.5 percent in sales tax when the city tax is 9.25 percent. A store employee apparently refused to refund the person's money.

9:57 p.m.  Police received a call from a woman who said her landlord moved everything out of her room on the 100 block of Sheryl Drive overnight and locked her out after she returned from jail. 

Friday

12:54 p.m. Police received a call from the owner of A&F Auto Body Repair on the 1200 block of San Mateo Avenue claiming that a customer hit one of his employees.

Saturday

10:49 a.m. Police received a call from someone requesting a police check on the 200 block of Kains Avenue for egg, mud or feces that may have been thrown on a neighbor's vehicle. 

3:19 p.m. A friend of a disabled resident said the resident tried to bring his service dog in a facility on the 500 block of El Camino Real, but the facility's manager tried to kick them out.

Sunday

1:03 p.m. Someone attempted to use a counterfeit $50 bill on the 800 block of Cherry Avenue. The person who reported the incident to police said the bill looked like it was made from a copy machine.

3:27 p.m. Police received a call about a suspicious person in swim shorts and no shirt coming up to someone's door on the 2000 block of Crystal Springs Road looking for a “hot girl.”
