Police Log: Rape Reported on Herman Street

Monday

1:13 a.m. Police received a missing person report after a resident's daughter, Shannon Rhoades, didn't return from a concert she attended in San Francisco.

7:39 a.m. A burglary was reported near Crestmoor Drive and Crystal Springs Road.

3:03 p.m. A beige Honda Accord was broken into on the 1100 block of El Camino Real.

6:19 a.m. A tan Honda Accord was broken into near Huntington Avenue and Maple Avenue.

10:55 p.m. Police were called because a skunk was trapped inside someone's heater closet on the 3100 block of Crestmoor Drive.

Wednesday

7:36 a.m. A laptop, wedding ring and watch were stolen from a black Honda Accord on the 500 block of Cedar Avenue.

8:05 a.m. Police received a report that a resident's wallet was stolen overnight from a green Acura MDX on the 400 block of Redwood Avenue.

8:40 a.m. Graffiti was spotted on the 300 block of Elm Avenue.

Sometime before 8:58 a.m., a silver 2001 Toyota pickup truck was broken into on the 400 block of Redwood Avenue.

10:39 a.m. A house was burglarized on the 200 block of Terrace Avenue.

7:38 p.m. Police received a report that a shed was broken into overnight on the 1500 block of Magnolia Avenue and that playground equipment for a preschool was thrown out onto a schoolyard.

8:50 p.m. Police received a report of an alleged rape on the 1100 block of Herman Street.

11:18 p.m. Jewelry was stolen from a house on the 500 block of Poplar Avenue.
