Police Log: Stolen Car, Fight and a Cherry Bomb

Thursday, Oct. 18

2:45 p.m. Police received a report that a gold Chrysler New Yorker Fifth Avenue was stolen from the third level movie theater parking garage near Century at Tanforan sometime between 10 a.m. and 1:15 p.m.

10:34 p.m. Three males apparently broke into a dark-colored Volkswagen underneath the overpass at Interstate Highway 380 and Montgomery Avenue. They ran away and no other information was available.

7:42 p.m. A cherry bomb was set off on the 100 block of Santa Inez Avenue.

Sunday, Oct. 21

10:12 p.m. Police received a report of a fight that ended with a serious injury.
