Police Log: Trash Bags Filled With Marijuana Found in Dumpster

Monday

6:28 a.m. Police received a report about an auto burglary on the 800 block of Sixth Avenue. 

9:03 a.m. A green BMW that was previously reported stolen was recovered on the 1200 block of San Mateo Avenue.

11:58 a.m. An auto burglary was reported on the 800 block of Sixth Avenue.

12:45 p.m. Police received a report of an attempted burglary at The Shops at Tanforan.

1:58 p.m. Police received a report that "XIV" gang graffiti was spotted on a building on the 200 block of Carlton Avenue.

Tuesday

8:32 a.m. A white 2001 Lincoln Navigator was broken into on the 400 block of San Anselmo Avenue North. Tools, an in-dash stereo system and headrests with TV screens were stolen, police said.

9 a.m. An attempted burglary was reported on the 400 block of Mastick Avenue.

10:01 a.m. A white Ford van was broken into on the 1000 block of Commodore Drive.

Sometime before 8:35 p.m., an auto burglary was reported on the 400 block of Chestnut Avenue.

Wednesday

8:49 a.m. Police received a call that was burglarized.

4:08 p.m. Police received a report that four trash bags filled with marijuana were found in a dumpster on the 3800 block of Susan Drive.
