Police Log: Vandals, Thieves Target Residents' Vehicles

Friday

6:30 a.m. A black Land Rover was stolen on the 1000 block of National Avenue.

8:37 a.m. Police received a report that someone slashed the tires on a black 1997 Honda CRV on the 1700 block of Monterey Drive overnight.

2:35 p.m. Police received a report that someone threw a rock through a front window of a home on the 2000 block of Crystal Springs Road.

Saturday

Sometime before 2:37 a.m., a drunk driver was spotted near Angus and Elm avenues.

2:04 p.m. Police received a report that a male resident was robbed.

7:51 p.m. Someone keyed the trunk of a resident's black Acura TL on the 2000 block of Crystal Springs Road.

Sunday

6:15 a.m. A silver Mercury was stolen on the 1300 block of Huntington Avenue.
