San Bruno Man Arrested for Package Theft
He was booked into jail on multiple serious charges.
Following a short chase, San Mateo Police arrested a San Bruno man for allegedly stealing a package off of a delivery truck.
Shane Milbourn, 36, was booked into San Mateo County Jail on charges of Burglary, Drug Possession, Drug Influence, Committing a Felony while Out on Bail for Another Crime, and a Parole Violation.
According to San Mateo Police, on Wednesday officers responded to a 911 call made by a delivery driver who caught a man burglarizing his truck. The man took off when confronted.

Police searching the area found Milburn on an adjacent street. Police say that he took off when they spotted him. After a brief chase, he was captured.
The delivery driver positively identified Milburn as the man who had stolen a package from his truck.
