San Bruno Man Pleads Guilty to Fatal Hit-and-Run, DUI
The November 2011 hit-and-run left a 61-year-old woman dead. She was exiting Interstate Highway 380 when she was struck by the man's car.
The San Mateo Daily Journal reported that a 22-year-old man who killed a woman in an early morning crash in San Bruno in 2011 pleaded no contest to vehicular manslaughter on Thursday.
Mitnesh Reddy, a San Bruno resident, also admitted to driving under the influence of alcohol and comitting a felony hit-and-run, and he could face up to 11 years in prison, the Daily Journal reported.
Reddy crashed into 61-year-old Sondra Gentile's car in November 2011 as she was exiting Interstate Highway 380. Reddy was driving a Cadillac STS and traveling south on El Camino Real when he hit the driver's side door of Gentile's Honda Civic.

Reddy fled the scene after the accident, but he was arrested shortly afterward, police said.
According to the Daily Journal, Reddy is expected back in court on Jan. 3 for sentencing. He remains out of custody on $25,000 bail.
