A 60-year-old tour bus driver was arrested on suspicion of DUI in San Francisco last week and is set to be arraigned in court later this month, a district attorney's office spokesman said Friday. Leon Maynard, a San Bruno resident, was arrested at about 1:15 p.m. on July 5 near Stockton and Post streets, district attorney's office spokesman Alex Bastian said.

Maynard has been charged with driving under the influence of alcohol, driving with a blood-alcohol content of .08 or higher and an open container infraction, Bastian said.

According to court documents, Maynard was driving a San Francisco Deluxe Sightseeing tour bus when he was arrested. Company officials were not immediately available this evening to comment on the arrest.

Maynard is expected to be arraigned in San Francisco Superior Court on the charges on July 22, Bastian said.
