Jurors went home again Friday without reaching a verdict in the trial of a San Bruno man accused of operating a marijuana grow house.
The jury was ordered back to court Monday morning to resume deliberations in the trial of Kenny Kong.
The defendant is on trial for alleged possession of marijuana for sale, marijuana cultivation, leasing a space for the purpose of storing marijuana and illegally obtaining utilities.
The panel deliberated for about 15 minutes late Tuesday afternoon, following defense and prosecution closing arguments that took up most of the afternoon.
On Wednesday, jurors asked some questions during their first full day of deliberations but went home without reaching a verdict.
The panel deliberated all day Thursday and Friday and still no verdict was reached.
