PG&E Offers to Settle Fine in Pipeline Expolosion

The company wants to pay a fine but not admit to any wrong doing.

The San Francisco Chronicle is reporting that PG&E has offered to pay a $550 million fine in connection with the September 2012 blast that killed eight people and destroyed 38 homes in San Bruno.
