The San Bruno Planning Commission will hold its regular meeting at 7 p.m. Tuesday, Aug. 20 in the Senior Center, 1555 Crystal Springs Road. Below are highlights from this week’s agenda.

- The commission will review a request for a use permit for an addition which would increase the gross floor area of an existing residential property located at 657 Cedar Ave. by more than 50 percent.
- The commission will review a request for a use permit for second story addition with transparent windows and a second story deck at an existing residential property located at 131 Cabrillo Way.
Discussion
- A city staff discussion will focus on the selection of the Sept. 12, 2013 Architectural Review Committee members.
