Poll: How Transparent Is San Bruno Government?

San Bruno government agencies have vowed to keep transparency a priority despite a recent decision that said cities don't have to post meeting agendas to the public. But when put to the test, would they get a passing grade?

Earlier this week, that despite a recent decision by the state legislature to suspend the Brown Act mandate that local jurisdictions post meeting agendas for the public, government agencies here plan on keeping things the same.

Mayor Jim Ruane said the city had no plans to follow through on the state's decision and that transparency would stay the same.

"It's business as usual," he said.
