Marshall Realty Gets New Owners, Keeps It All in the Family
Several months after Bob Marshall died, two of his children take over the real estate business that their father started more than 50 years ago and look to continue his legacy.
Marshall Realty recently announced that two of Bob Marshall's children have become the new owners of the real estate business.
Bob Marshall Jr., who had been the business's office manager for years, and Anne Oliva, the sales manager, were officially introduced as the new owners at a celebration Thursday at Marshall Realty's office. About 200 people were there, and there was a special tribute to the business's founder, Marshall Sr., who recently died.
Marshall Sr. started Marshall Realty in 1959, and it has remained a family business and a San Bruno staple ever since.
