I'll take the $6.8 million home. I have $10 in my pocket. Sufficient down payment?

I discovered that the source information for this story was incorrect because I was advised by an undisclosed source that "According to the sales records, the lowest price property located at 14 Miramonte Drive was sold in October 2011. This was interesting to me because I launched a new free online service called Project Registry that boasts up to date information because the information is maintained by the Property Owner and/or his direct resources and not by some third parties with outdated information. Project Registry can be found on www.constructionplace.com or contact me for any more information.
